The layout also coordinates joint capital financing models for education, social protection safety nets, and institutional campaigns against gender-based violence.
Governor Makinde stated that building global investment connections is critical for expanding agrarian processing capacity. The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development has been directed to draft technical frameworks to domesticate the joint resolutions, ensuring local smallholder cooperatives can integrate directly into secure international trade corridors uniformly.
