To provide immediate retail leverage, the state executive approved a direct cash allocation of 500,000 naira to each displaced household head to serve as seed capital for micro-enterprise operations.
Governor Aliyu stated that constructing resilient housing blocks is an absolute prerequisite for restoring public dignity and securing border zones.
