Implementing the LASMECO platform delivers risk-mitigated loans of up to ₦10 million at a single-digit nine percent interest rate directly to thousands of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across the agricultural, healthcare, and manufacturing value chains, while the automated Lekki port ecosystem slashes vessel turnaround times to boost international trade.
This multi-sector expansion demonstrates a structured approach to institutional tracking and ease-of-doing-business reforms across the state. By digitizing business registration services to secure the state's top position in national regulatory rankings and funding dedicated micro-enterprise pools through the Bank of Industry, the administration ensures long-term revenue diversification and strengthens subnational economic resilience.
