The Office of the State Auditor-General, Lagos State, organized a three-day executive leadership and capacity-building workshop for its management staff. The training session, titled "Leading with Agility and Resilience, Including Effective Presentation," took place from Tuesday, July 7, to Thursday, July 9, 2026, at the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) in Ikeja. Delivered by the Director of Administration and Human Resources, Mrs. Akinleye Adebola, on behalf of Coordinating Director Mrs. Koko Omobola, the workshop trained public auditors in agile decision-making, advanced communication, and risk management.
The workshop serves as a key human capital intervention designed to upgrade institutional oversight and public accounting standards within the civil service. By training senior auditors in agile workflows and resilient financial tracking, the agency enhances its capacity to manage complex state accounting tasks under changing economic conditions.
