The Edo State Government implemented multiple executive initiatives to strengthen disaster preparedness, healthcare delivery, social welfare, education quality, and agricultural productivity. EdoSEMA intensified disaster risk reduction through early warning systems, institutional collaboration, and community preparedness against flood risks. EDOHERMA partnered with DEQA to improve school health standards, child safety, and regulatory compliance across private schools. The Ministry of Health inaugurated the MAMII Task Force to reduce maternal and newborn mortality through strengthened emergency healthcare systems. The Office of the First Lady advanced policies for elderly welfare and strategic care partnerships, while the Ministry of Agriculture commenced free fertiliser distribution to profiled smallholder farmers to improve food security and rural economic development statewide.

The Edo State Government implemented three major administrative initiatives spanning public health regulation, environmental compliance, and civil service welfare. The Edo State Traditional Medicine Board (TMB), led by High Chief Abudu Godwin Ugbesia, commenced a comprehensive digital practitioner profiling exercise in collaboration with the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) to identify registered practitioners and eliminate herbal medicine (Agbo) sellers adulterating preparations with illicit drugs. Concurrently, the Commissioner for Environment and Sustainability, Hon. Nosa Adams, conducted a physical verification exercise for members of the Environmental Compliance Corps operating under the SHINE Agenda. In addition, the government commissioned a modern public service crèche at the Government Secretariat Complex in Benin City to provide professional childcare services for public servants through the Ministry of Women Affairs.
