The Edo State Government implemented multiple executive initiatives to strengthen disaster preparedness, healthcare delivery, social welfare, education quality, and agricultural productivity. EdoSEMA intensified disaster risk reduction through early warning systems, institutional collaboration, and community preparedness against flood risks. EDOHERMA partnered with DEQA to improve school health standards, child safety, and regulatory compliance across private schools. The Ministry of Health inaugurated the MAMII Task Force to reduce maternal and newborn mortality through strengthened emergency healthcare systems. The Office of the First Lady advanced policies for elderly welfare and strategic care partnerships, while the Ministry of Agriculture commenced free fertiliser distribution to profiled smallholder farmers to improve food security and rural economic development statewide.
