Zulum Commissions Regional JAMB Complex, Expands Digital Examination Infrastructure Across Northeast | Daily Policy Tracker
Governor Babagana Umara Zulum commissioned and officially handed over a newly constructed Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board North East Zonal Office and a dual Computer-Based Test Centre to JAMB in Maiduguri. The facility comprises a modern administrative complex and a CBT centre capable of accommodating five hundred candidates simultaneously while processing more than two thousand candidates daily. Governor Zulum described the project as a strategic contribution to improving educational service delivery and expanding access to tertiary entrance examinations across the North East. JAMB Registrar Professor Ishaq Oloyede commended the initiative, describing the facility as one of Nigeria's best CBT centres and an unprecedented state government investment in national examination infrastructure.
