The meeting marked the first management engagement between the Ministry and the newly appointed Commissioner for Energy. According to the Adamawa government publication, discussions centred on strengthening collaboration and improving service delivery in pursuit of the Ministry's mandate and objectives.

Addressing management and staff, Commissioner Caleb urged officials to work together with unity, cooperation and dedication. He stressed that effective teamwork would be necessary for the Ministry to implement its responsibilities and contribute to the wider development objectives of Adamawa State.

The Commissioner encouraged members of staff to contribute to the implementation of programmes, policies and initiatives within the Ministry. He presented collective effort as an important element of sustainable development in the energy sector and called for a coordinated approach to the Ministry's responsibilities.

The meeting also created an opportunity for management and staff to consider issues affecting the administration of the Ministry, identify areas requiring improvement and discuss measures for enhancing overall performance. The engagement therefore combined an introductory management meeting with a review of administrative and service-delivery priorities.

Caleb reaffirmed the Ministry's intention to work collaboratively with relevant stakeholders in advancing the energy sector. The meeting establishes a new management phase under the appointed Commissioner, with subsequent implementation of programmes and policies expected to determine how the stated emphasis on coordination and service delivery translates into sector activity.
