Kaduna State is distributing digital devices to education officers across its 23 local government areas as part of efforts to strengthen basic education administration, data management and school monitoring.
The Kaduna State government publication said the Kaduna State Universal Basic Education Board is distributing digital devices to SUBEB and Local Government Education Authority officers across all 23 local government areas.
The devices are intended to support data management, school monitoring, reporting and communication within the basic education administration system.
The initiative places the devices within the public education administration structure rather than as general-purpose equipment, with beneficiaries expected to use them for official duties.
The government has also directed beneficiaries to safeguard the devices and maintain accountability for their proper utilisation as public assets.
The distribution is therefore positioned as a digital administration measure intended to improve information handling, monitoring and service delivery across Kaduna's basic education system.
