The discussion focused on how knowledge, research and evidence can inform government activities and shape subsequent development planning in the state.

The governor referenced the administration's 12-Point Agenda, covering areas including agriculture, education, healthcare, infrastructure, investment, social protection, human capital development and institutional reform.

Academics were encouraged to engage more closely with government by providing independent analysis, identifying research questions relevant to residents and helping translate research findings into practical policies and solutions.

The session concluded with an emphasis on knowledge, evidence and shared responsibility as inputs into the state's continuing reform and development process.
